Returns & Refunds

Before ordering, please be sure that you have chosen correct size (applying to garments) and if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us. We will be more then happy to assist you regarding any any questions related to our products. We always hope to see you happy with a purchase from our shop, in case you don’t, we require communication of notice within 14 days of receipt of goods regarding any return request.

RETURNS

Before returning item please contact us with your intention to return your order. All items must be returned in a fully resalable conditions, which means: unworn, unwashed, with all labels and tags left attached (for clothes items). The return package must contain all the contents of the original package.

NOTE! Custom orders can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.

When you return the item, please be sure to send it by registered mail with tracking number provided. We will need tracing number to follow the return of the item. Once your item arrives back with us we will contact you to arrange further procedures.

NOTE! Shipping cost of return items are at the buyer’s expense and will not be refunded.

REFUNDS

Once your item arrives we will check it to ensure that it is in the original conditions. After that we will contact you and inform about issued refund. The money will be send to the account that was used to pay for the order.
