Delivery information

PRODUCTION TIME

All our garments are handmade by us in our studio. As we are working in made-to-order principle and we ensure that each garment will be made specially for you, we do not have stock prepared. After you place an order and we agree on all details (if you want some customization etc.), we start production. At this moment we need 1-2 weeks for production. For jewelry orders we need 2-3 days.

After your order is fulfilled and shipped you will receive tracking number and all information to your email. With a provided tracking number you will be able to check on your order’s delivery status at any time in a shipping service website.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Free postal service shipping is applied to all orders. If in a checkout you do not choose Express delivery option, your order will be sent via registered priority airmail, tracking number will be provided.

For orders over 200 Eur we provided FREE express delivery.

In a checkout you can choose —>

• STANDARD DELIVERY (free of charge) - via local mail with tracking number included:

  - to Europe takes 5-10 business days;

  - to US, Canada, Australia and other countries takes 10-15 business days.

• EXPRESS DELIVERY (paid service - 30 Eur/order) - via express DHL with tracking number included:

  - to Europe takes 1-2 business days;

  - to US, Canada, Australia and other countries takes 2-3 business days.

All deliveries will require a signature on delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for your item a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. Organizing a re-delivery is the responsibility of the customer.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

Within the European Union, no duties or taxes will apply. For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. We do recommend to contact your local customs for more information.
